I love how fun my mom is, and how we can joke and tease each other about our quirks.
[Reply]
What I love most about my mum is that I can say anything to her and they understand, even without saying anything she knows what I am thinking and understands me. Our love is unconditional, we never have to say sorry and always say “I love you”.
And my mom-in-law treats me like her real daughter, never adds on the in-law part. I am very lucky to have them both, also the first gift my mom-in-law gave me was a giant box of See’s candy!
[Reply]
My mom is the best, I just had foot surgery and she gave up 8 weeks of her busy schedule to come from Arizona to California to take care of me and my family. I could not have done thus without here. We get along so good. I miss her not being here everyday. She is the BEST..!! I LOVE YOU, MOM!!!
[Reply]
I love that they support me even when they don’t fully understand me. I’m described as different, but they understand that I just want to do things (like ride a harley, scuba dive, circus classes) that don’t appeal to everyone on the planet.

I admire my wonderful Mother so much and words are inadequate to express my love for her. However, the Mom I want to mention here is my oldest daughter, Emily, who gave birth to my first grandchild 12 days ago. She is full of love for our precious Orion. I was ready to be a grandma–but I wasn’t ready for my baby (at 28 yoa) to be a mother.

What I love about the moms in my life is the fact that there are so many of them for me and my children to learn from. We all share ideas, thoughts, solutions, problems with one another. I don’t think it’s a secret that my mom and I didn’t have the best relationship growing up and it’s only gotten worse as we’ve gotten older. Having a large circle of Mom friends with whom to share my parenting journey is extremely priceless to me. Learning how to make the right choices so that I can maintain the loving relationships I have with my daughters right now is an incredible gift and I am grateful for all the rockin’ moms I have the honor of knowing.

My older sister is a speacial Mom in my life. When our parents passed away many years ago, she raised our youngest sister (who was 13 at the time), and I am so thankful that she did. She was only 27 at the time, and had babies of her own, but she and her wonderful husband opened their home and their lives to our “baby” sister, and did a great job filling in for our parents.
